Purchased items are delivered either to a Posti post office, a Posti parcel locker or directly to your home address by Posti. Delivery fees are determined based on the number and value of items per order. If possible, all items in an order will be delivered at the same time. Always provide a recipient phone number when placing an order. For home deliveries, Posti will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. For parcel locker deliveries, a delivery notice is sent to the phone number provided by the customer.

Posti parcel, delivered to a Posti office or a parcel locker
Your items are delivered to the Posti pick-up point or parcel locker of your choice. Instead of your local Posti office, you can choose to pick up your delivery at any Posti pick-up point or parcel locker convenient for you. A delivery notice will be sent to the phone number you provided upon placing the order. Deliveries are available for pick-up for 7 days from the delivery notice being sent. If the parcel is too large for the parcel locker you have selected or there are no empty lockers, your items are delivered to the Posti office closest to the parcel locker. Present the delivery tracking code and proof of identity when picking up a parcel from a Posti office.
You can select home delivery for all purchased items. If you select home delivery when placing an order, please provide a phone number where Posti may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. in urban areas, elsewhere mainly between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please note that when you select home delivery, the service does not include pick-up for returns. All product returns must be mailed at a Posti office.
Changes to deliveries
No changes can be made to an order once it has been paid. After payment, orders are automatically submitted for processing.
Items you can add to your shopping cart in the webstore are in stock unless otherwise stated in the product information. If a product has run out of stock but the product information remains visible, we will send you a separate notice in case the product has run out. For this reason, it important that customers provide their contact details (e-mail address and phone number).
